French Language Weekend

Head to the Auckland Art Gallery to celebrate the International Day of the Francophonie with a series of events: activities, tours, films and talks with French artists and film directors.

All events are free and no bookings will be taken

with Sharon Evans-Mikellis

French film Director Julie Georgia Bernard discusses her documentary "Handmade with Love in France" with Sharon Evans-Mikellis, Senior Lecturer, Fashion Design at AUT University.  The film celebrates the Parisian artisans who create the haute-couture outfits for the likes of Dior, Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent.
