mid term 1

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

Alliance Française holds classes in Grey Lynn, Takapuna and East Auckland. Our term classes run in 9 week blocks, or 5 weeks if you commence at Mid Term. Most classes are from 6-8pm once a week. We also have conversation classes during the day.

As well as our regular classes we have a variety of special topic classes, language workshops and intensive classes available.

In this class, you will get to talk about various topics such as advertising, cinema or art in a fun and laid back atmosphere, while learning many common French expressions!

In this class, you will get to improve your spoken French by talking about the topics of your choice, from art to environment, news to cinema, and express your point of view using common expressions in French, based on authentic documents.

5) Café-causerie du vendredi


Conversez en français dans une atmosphère conviviale (vin et fromage français compris) sous la houlette d’un de nos professeurs.

Speak French with one of our teachers in a convivial atmosphere while enjoying a glass of wine and a typical French apéro (with cheese and charcuterie).

Choose your topics you want to talk about and discuss it with the group, as if you were at the back of a bistro. Your teacher will give you some background on the chosen topic.

Small group (4 to 8 participants)

Advance level (C1) of French required.

Class meets every second Friday.
