This transversal workshop will allow your students to practice their  French language skills (applied to cooking), learn about French traditional food in a specific region (Lyon) and cooking.

The participants will:

  • Learn new language tools to understand a recipe in French (ingredients, cooking actions, communicating in the kitchen),
  • Cook four different dishes from Lyon:

Entree: Salade Lyonnaise

Plats: Gateau de foie de volaille et quenelles à la lyonnaise

Dessert: Iles flottantes,
