All fully paid up members of the Alliance Française d’Auckland are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday, May 12th  2018, 11a.m. at 9A Kirk Street, Grey Lynn.

Please note that students in our language classes who hold student cards only, should upgrade to full membership if they wish to attend.

The AGM will not interfere with the normal Saturday morning petit-déjeuner but will take place in our teaching area.

The audited Annual Accounts and the President’s Report will be presented and members of the outgoing Committee will be available to answer your questions about the Alliance.

Nominations for the Committee for the coming year will be presented and the members attending will elect the Officers and Members of the new Committee.

Candidates for the Committee must hold full membership of the Alliance and have their nominations proposed by two current members.  

The members of the Committee, as required by the Constitution of the Alliance Française d’Auckland, are: four Officers - the President, Vice-Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer - and three to five other Members.

Nominations close one week before the date of the meeting.

Our Deputy Director, Marion Garnier, can provide further information about the application process and put you in touch with the President, Rob Verkerk, who will answer your questions about the responsibilities of the Committee and the duties of the various Officers and Committee Members.
