Thinking of throwing a whipped cream pie on somebody’s face, think again! For the Journées du Goût - Days of Taste, Alliance Française Auckland offers you the chance to attend a pâtisserie workshop held by M. Baptiste Frément, pastry chef at Philippe’s Chocolate and French Pastries.
Take your baking skills to the next level, learn how to make scrumptious shortcrust pastry, sweet pastry and sablé breton. But the story does not end there! M. Frément will create right before your eyes a caramel tart with salted peanut and chocolate ganache. Mouth watering, isn’t it? And one more French touch for you, a teacher from Alliance Française will be on hand to share French vocabulary tips and tricks.
