TEENS PROGRAM 2026 

Ateliers Lecture 

Levels: End of A1 / A2 
Group size: 5-6 learners
Format: 3 sessions of 2 hours
When: On the 5th, 12th and 19th of January

Learning Objectives

  • Build vocabulary 
  • Improve written comprehension
  • Practice reading aloud 
  • Discover and enjoy reading in French 
  • Strengthen pronunciation and oral confidence

How the program works 

Each session follows a dynamic, fun, and collaborative method adapted to young learners. 

1) Vocabulary Games & Warm up Activities 

At the beginning of each session, students explore the vocabulary of the chapter through interactive games: 
flashcards, miming, matching games, quick challenges...

2) Guided Individual Reading

Learners read the chapter individually supported by the audio provided by the publisher. 
Perfect to improve rhythm, intonation, and general understanding. 

3) Reading aloud

Each student reads one paragraph aloud to the group. 
The instructor helps with pronunciation, confidence and fluency. 

4) Comprehension Activities 

In small groups, participants complete the comprehension activities included in the book. 
Encourages collaboration, discussion and critical thinking.

Francophone Teens Meet-ups (12 years old and up)

A Social & Cultural Space for Francophone Teens in Auckland

When : On the 13th January from 4:00pm to 6:00pm 

Theses meet-ups are designed for 12+ francophone teenagers who want to connect, make friends and enjoy activities in French. 
Outside a traditional classroom setting. 

Through regular meets-ups we hope for you to:

practice Sport 

discover new interests 
You are encouraged to come with friends and take part in a relaxed and friendly environment. 

Duration: 2 hours sessions, organised several times throughout the year.
